In line with Law 2251/1994 (Article 4, para. 10) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, every customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of delivery.

We don’t issue refunds…we exchange style for style. If your item isn’t the one, you can exchange it for another product of equal or higher value. If the new item costs more, you simply pay the difference. Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances (such as a proven defect or incorrect item sent). To keep things fair and flawless, all items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging fully intact. 

How Our Exchange Process Works

1. Email info@toyboyofficial.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, product name, and the new item you’d like instead.

3. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the quick exchange process.

4. You’ll receive the new product first, delivered straight to you.

5. When the courier arrives, simply hand back the previous item in its original condition.

TOYBOY Exclusive Collection reserves the right to decline exchanges that don’t meet the above conditions or that show signs of wear or misuse. All exchanges and returns follow Greek Consumer Protection Law 2251/1994 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Any disputes arising from this policy are governed by Greek law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
